These are descriptions of each column represented in order from left to right in the Webconnex Payments Payout Report.

REFERENCE ID: A unique code given to every transaction by Webconnex Payments. This field matches the Gateway Reference ID in a TicketSpice, RegFox, RedPodium or GivingFuel export.

Reference ID = Gateway Reference ID.

CUSTOMER ID: This represents which TicketSpice, RegFox, RedPodium or GivingFuel Account the Webconnex Payments account is linked to. This Account ID can also be found at the end of the URL when logged into TicketSpice, RegFox, RedPodium or GivingFuel.

NOTE: If you have multiple Webconnex Payments accounts linked to one TicketSpice, RegFox, RedPodium or GivingFuel account, the Customer ID will be the same in all of those Webconnex Payments accounts since they all share the same linked TicketSpice, RegFox, RedPodium or GivingFuel account.

MERCHANT ACCOUNT ID: The number given to each merchant account setup to receive payments. It is possible to have more than one merchant account setup to receive payments.

NOTE: When exporting a Payouts Report, transactions from all merchant accounts will show up on one report, but the pertinent Merchant Account IDs is displayed per row. To see activity from only one merchant account at a time, filter this report by the Merchant Account ID.

TYPE: Represents whether the transaction is a : Capture, Refund, Partial Refund, Chargeback, Chargeback Reversal, Chargeback Fee, Bank Transfer.

PSP PAYMENT REFERENCE ID: A unique code given to each transaction; created by the gateway (Adyen).

ORIGINAL REFERENCE ID: If a transaction is refunded, the new refund transaction is given a new PSP Payment Reference ID since it is a new transaction. The original PSP Reference ID is represented in this column to give a quick way to look up the original transaction.

ORDER REFERENCE: This references the Order ID that is linked to an order inside of TicketSpice, RegFox, RedPodium or GivingFuel. This is how you can link the Payouts Report to an Orders report inside of TicketSpice, RegFox, RedPodium or GivingFuel to identify the specifics inside of a linked order.

CURRENCY: Represents which currency the funds were collected in.

AUTHORIZED AMOUNT: The total amount paid by the ticket-buyer This amount should equal the “Total paid” column on an Orders and Transactions export in TicketSpice, RegFox, RedPodium or GivingFuel.

PROCESSING FEE: The credit card processing fee charged by Webconnex Payments.

PLATFORM FEE: The fee charged by TicketSpice, RegFox, RedPodium or GivingFuel.

NET AMOUNT: The transaction (authorized) amount, minus processing fee, minus platform fee. This is the amount that will get wrapped up into a payout and get deposited into the linked bank account.

PAYOUT AMOUNT: The total amount of either the day or week’s net transactions that gets transferred as a deposit to the client’s bank account.

This is represented as a negative amount because this amount is being debited from the merchant account and deposited into the linked bank account.

It is a quick way to highlight the whole net transaction amount along with payout amount to always equal zero.

ROLLING BALANCE: This is the amount of funds accumulated in the merchant account at the time of each transaction that has yet to be paid out.

In most instances all funds accumulated in the merchant account are paid out on the payout day, which is Wednesdays for weekly payouts, and every business day for daily payouts. The rolling balance should be zero after a payout has been made. EXCEPT if the sum of any pending transactions is negative that occur between the two business days before the payout. That total will be deducted from the payout, and a balance will be left in the merchant account to account for those pending refunds or chargebacks. That same amount that was deducted will be added back to the next payout.

PAYMENT METHOD: The type of credit card used for the transaction.

PAYMENT METHOD MASK: The last four digits of the credit card used for the transaction.

STATUS: The ending status of the transaction. Status statuses are: Settled, Transferred, Refunded.

PAGE OR EVENT NAME: The name of the TicketSpice, RegFox, RedPodium or GivingFuel page in which the transaction took place.

NOTE: The report will display what the page title was at the time of the transaction. So if a transaction takes place and the page title is updated after the transaction and a report is run, it will not show the new page title for that transaction, it will show the name of the page at the time of the transaction.

TIMEZONE: The time zone the gateway (Adyen) uses. Will always say UTC “Universal Time Coordinated”. This does not necessarily coordinate with the timestamps on transaction date time and settled date time. Those times are in PST.

TRANSACTION DATE TIME: The date and time the ticket-buyer initiated the transaction.

SETTLED DATE TIME: The date and time the transaction settled into the merchant account.

Note: It takes two business days for regular charges and refunds to settle. Chargebacks and chargeback fees settle on the same day they are initiated. For example: If a transaction took place on Fri, Sat or Sun it would settle on Tues. Chargebacks settle immediately. Chargeback fees are $15.

SCHEDULED PAYOUT DATE: The date the transaction will get added to a payout.

Dashboards available funds - It will show negative.

PAYOUT ID: The batch ID given to each of the transactions that are grouped together in a payout. This code is made up of the last four digits of the Merchant ID and the date of the payout. This is the same number that is represented in the Payout Summary Report.
